Privacy Policy for Peace, Power & Promises
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Last Updated: August 13, 2026
Peace, Power & Promises respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores, what information it does not collect, and how certain device features may interact with third-party services.
Information We Collect
Peace, Power & Promises does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information during normal use of the app.
The production version of the app does not use advertising trackers, analytics services, user-profile tracking, or remote databases.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Saved Scriptures
If you choose to save a Scripture, the saved information is stored locally on your device.
A saved entry may include:
the Scripture category and situation you selected
the Scripture reference
the Scripture text
the associated prayer
the date and time the Scripture was saved
This information is stored on your device using local device storage. It is not uploaded to our servers or stored in a cloud account operated by Peace, Power & Promises.
You may remove individual saved Scriptures within the app or use the Clear Saved Scriptures option to remove all saved Scriptures from your device.
Deleting the app may also permanently remove locally stored information.
Internet Connection
The core Peace, Power & Promises experience does not require an internet connection.
Scripture content, situation selections, saved Scriptures, and Special Support content are included with the app or stored locally on the device.
Some external device functions may require cellular, internet, or third-party service availability.
Calls, Text Messages, and Emergency Services
Certain areas of the app may provide buttons that allow you to contact services such as 911, 988, or other crisis-support resources.
When you use a calling or texting feature, the action is handled by your device, telecommunications provider, and the organization you are contacting.
Peace, Power & Promises does not receive or store the contents of those calls or text messages.
Emergency and crisis services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own privacy policies and practices.
Sharing Scriptures
The app may allow you to share Scripture through your device's native sharing features.
When you choose to share content, your device may allow you to select another application, messaging service, email provider, or other service.
Peace, Power & Promises does not control how those third-party applications handle information you choose to share. Their own privacy policies apply.
Development and Diagnostic Information
Development tools may be used while the app is being built and tested to identify technical errors and review application logs.
Development logging is not active as part of the normal production data-collection process and is not used to track users of the released app.
Cookies
The Peace, Power & Promises mobile app does not use cookies for advertising or user tracking.
The Coach Pamela website may use cookies or website technologies provided by the website hosting platform. Any such website activity is separate from the data practices of the Peace, Power & Promises mobile app.
Children’s Privacy
Peace, Power & Promises does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the app does not require an account and does not collect personal information during normal use, no personal profile is created for a child using the app.
Parents and guardians should supervise a child's use of mobile applications and external calling, messaging, or sharing features when appropriate.
Security
Because saved Scripture information remains locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device.
We encourage users to use appropriate device security features such as a passcode, password, Face ID, Touch ID, or similar protections when available.
Special Support and Crisis Resources
Peace, Power & Promises includes a Special Support section designed to provide Scripture-based encouragement and help users locate appropriate support resources during difficult or urgent situations.
Peace, Power & Promises is not an emergency service, crisis-counseling provider, medical provider, or mental-health treatment service.
If you or another person may be in immediate physical danger, contact emergency services.
If you are in the United States and you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, or a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features, technology, or data practices change.
When material changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you or another person may be in immediate physical danger, contact emergency services.
If you are in the United States and you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, or a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
The app may provide buttons or links that make it easier to contact emergency or crisis services. Those services are operated by independent third parties.
Peace, Power & Promises does not operate, supervise, or control 911, 988, telecommunications carriers, emergency departments, crisis centers, or other third-party services.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Peace, Power & Promises does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, physical, medical, financial, relationship, safety, or other life outcome.
Scripture passages, reflections, and prayers are provided for spiritual encouragement and should not be interpreted as guarantees that a particular event will occur.
Users remain responsible for decisions concerning their health, safety, relationships, finances, and other personal circumstances.
Scripture
Scripture quotations used in Peace, Power & Promises are from the King James Version of the Bible.
The King James Version is in the public domain in the United States.
Scripture references are provided so users may read passages in their broader biblical context.
Devotional explanations, prayers, organization, design, and other original app content are separate from the underlying public-domain Scripture text.
Personal Use
Peace, Power & Promises is provided for personal use.
You may use Scripture-sharing features provided within the app for personal communication and encouragement.
You may not copy, reproduce, commercially distribute, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized commercial products from the app's original written content, design, organization, software, branding, or other proprietary materials except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful use of public-domain King James Version Scripture.
Intellectual Property
The Peace, Power & Promises name, branding, visual design, original prayers, devotional explanations, organization of content, application software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
© 2026 Peace, Power & Promises. All rights reserved.
Public-domain Scripture remains subject to its applicable public-domain status.
Saved Content
Saved Scriptures are stored locally on the user's device.
Peace, Power & Promises does not guarantee permanent preservation of locally stored content.
Saved information may be lost if the user clears saved Scriptures, removes application data, replaces or resets the device, deletes the app, or experiences a device or software failure.
Users are responsible for maintaining any information they wish to preserve outside of the app.
Third-Party Services
The app may allow users to interact with third-party services through calling, texting, sharing, email, or other device features.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical requirements.
Peace, Power & Promises is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, privacy practices, content, or actions of third-party services.
Availability of the App
We may update, modify, improve, discontinue, or change features of Peace, Power & Promises over time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system, network, or geographic location.
Although the core Scripture experience is designed to function without an internet connection, certain external functions such as calling, texting, sharing, or accessing third-party services may require cellular or internet connectivity.
Responsible Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its software or systems, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for using the app in a manner consistent with applicable laws and these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Peace, Power & Promises is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate Scripture references, functioning features, and helpful spiritual content, we do not warrant that the app will always operate without interruption, errors, or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peace, Power & Promises and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to What Do I Say? with Coach Pamela (“What Do I Say?,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the What Do I Say? mobile application, website, and related services. By accessing or using the app or services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app or services.
Purpose of What Do I Say?
What Do I Say? is a personal and professional development communication tool designed to help users think through conversations and find words for difficult, awkward, sensitive, or important situations.
The app may provide communication suggestions, coaching-oriented guidance, alternative wording, questions to consider, and AI-generated responses.
The app is intended to assist your decision-making—not replace it.
AI-Generated Content
What Do I Say? uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized communication suggestions based on information you provide.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content and deciding whether, when, and how to use it.
You should not assume that an AI-generated response accurately understands another person's intentions, motivations, emotions, or circumstances.
We do not guarantee that following any suggestion provided by the app will produce a particular outcome.
Not Professional Advice
What Do I Say? provides communication guidance and personal-development information. It is not a substitute for professional services.
Nothing provided through the app constitutes legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
If your situation requires professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Emergencies and Safety
What Do I Say? is not an emergency or crisis service.
Do not rely on the app when you or another person may be in immediate danger or when urgent professional assistance is required.
In an emergency, contact 911 or your local emergency service.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for your decisions about whether to use generated suggestions.
Communication is highly dependent on circumstances, relationships, timing, tone, and individual interpretation. A response that works well in one situation may not be appropriate in another.
You remain responsible for your communications, actions, decisions, and their consequences.
User Content
You may enter text describing personal, professional, family, relationship, or other situations.
You retain ownership of the original content you provide.
By submitting content for AI processing, you authorize us and our service providers to process that content as necessary to provide the requested features and operate the service.

Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the service except as permitted by law
Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
What Do I Say? Plus
Certain features may require a paid What Do I Say? Plus subscription.
Subscription features and pricing will be displayed before purchase.
Depending on the subscription selected, subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.
Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment is charged through your Apple account and is subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
Unless canceled, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily provide a refund for an already-paid subscription period.
Refund eligibility for purchases processed by Apple is generally determined according to Apple's applicable policies.
We may change subscription pricing or features in the future. When required, appropriate notice will be provided.
Free Features and Usage Limits
We may offer certain features without charge or provide a limited number of free uses.
Free features, usage limits, promotional access, and subscription benefits may change over time.
Any applicable limits will be communicated within the app.
Restore Purchases
Where supported, users who previously purchased an eligible subscription through the App Store may use Restore Purchases to restore access associated with their Apple account.
Intellectual Property
The What Do I Say? name, Coach Pamela branding, app design, original coaching frameworks, written materials, prompts, educational content, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use responses generated specifically for you for your own personal or professional communications.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit our proprietary app content, coaching materials, branding, or systems without permission.
Availability of the Service
We work to keep What Do I Say? available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Third-Party Services
What Do I Say? relies on third-party technology and service providers, which may include artificial-intelligence providers, hosting services, payment processors, analytics providers, and other infrastructure.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, suitable for your circumstances, or produce any particular interpersonal or professional outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or your reliance on generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Termination
You may stop using What Do I Say? at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, our rights, or to address violations of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the app, its features, or applicable requirements change.
When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice when required.
Your continued use of the service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
